Cozy Baby Boutique is awesome! Ann-Marie is a peach, always available with quick and thorough assistance. It's been over two years since I bought my last batch of diapers from her, but she still gives me the very best customer service whenever I have a question or need advise on washing or whatever. I contacted Ann-Marie at Cozy Baby Boutique after she had presented at Evergreen Medical Center's parent/baby group.
I never considered using cloth diaper until I heard her presentation. I wanted to find out more about what I need to start out. She had a sampling set which included different diaper brands for me to try. She was always very helpful and informative when I call with questions.
Excellent customer service! I like the fact that I can drop by her showroom to check out the product before purchase but the online purchase is pretty easy too.

I have been purchasing items from Cozy Baby Boutique since the company started and have only ever had one issue which was a manufacturer's problem. Cozy Baby Boutique quickly replaced the item. I have been very happy with the timely and personal service and have purchased cloth diapers and wipes, babylegs, swimwear and carriers to serve the needs of my first two children. Now I am having another soon and will continue to be a frequent Cozy Baby Boutique customer. The owner, Ann-Marie, always has a good selection of products available and is very knowledgeable and helpful in making the right selections.

I met Ann-Marie and Cozy Baby Boutique in February 2008 and am so thankful that I did. I had been tossing around the idea of cloth diapers for the past few months but was over-whelmed with all the choices and options. Ann- Marie and her exceptional customer service made my decision so much easier. She has amazing knowledge of the products and the understanding of what it is like to be a confused first time mom. She is a mom herself. I love the fact that she personally tries her products with her family so that she has full trust in the product that she is selling. That tells me a lot about the quality of the merchandise she carries. Nothing but the best for your family.
