I love MMB for quick, free shipping and wide variety of products. I live relatively close and always get my packages in just a couple of days. I have made several orders and never had any issues. I will continue to order from the store and recommend to others.

Great customer service -- when my order seemingly got lost in transit, Abbie and Bonnie were very helpful with prompt responses to my questions and concerns. They also re-shipped my order which I received within a few days. I would definitely order again.

I had ordered from MMB's before I realized the store was relatively local to me, which is an added bonus though I haven't had the opportunity to visit the physical store yet. I have always had great service and fast shipping--the free shipping doesn't hurt either! Mom's Milk Boutique has a good selection of items, though I would like for them to carry more diaper brands. They are also a very active on their Facebook page, which is nice for people who have questions or want to keep up with recently stocked items or sales. I will shop with them again!

I became a facebook fan of MMB through another friend. One night they were offering up coupons for a free BG AIO with any purchase of BG products of at least $10. I hurried up and placed my order to get the coupon. I ordered a BG AIO and got 1 for free. My order came in less than a week, and was in perfect condition. I was 100% satisfied from start to finish. I really appreciate the coupon!

This is my favorite online diaper store. I have had nothing but excellent service and excellent buying experiences with Mom's Milk Boutique. The one time I did have an issue, it was fixed immediately with no questions asked. Thanks MMB!

Love the sales and specials! And I especially love the free shipping! I have made almost all of my cloth diaper purchases from MMB! I have had similar issues with items being backordered/out of stock AFTER I ordered them.

Wonderful vendor to deal with! They have become my go-to source for everything CD related. Excellent customer service! Prices are excellent, and shipping speed is reasonable. I am in Canada, so I don't expect stuff to be here next day or anything, but it's always here in under 2 weeks. It's hard to find somewhere willing to ship for free (or cheap) to Canada, so I'm glad to have MMB as an option.
Last week I ordered a used cover that turned out that they could not find in stock. They called me on the phone and offered me a different color or to refund my money. I think that's more than reasonable!
HIGHLY RECOMMED!!!!

I used to love MMB but not anymore. Shipping is slow and I received my order with a missing item(when it was in stock)I had to wait an extra week for my item. Poor customer service, slow shipping, they are obviously not an organized store at all.

I am sorry that an item you ordered was out of stock! Occasionally we may have a miscount online due to items selling out in our retail store or just plain human error. I am always happy when I order from MMB. I just ordered something on the 18th, got order confirmation instantly and shipping confirmation 2 hours later. When I went to the mailbox today, the 20th, there it was! They have a great selection and are always looking for input. Great giveaways and are very competitive. I only go to 2 places when it comes to my diapering needs. I check with MMB first, then my backup (rarely). We love you!
Oh, and they always have pre-loved for me to experiment with!

Friendly, thorough, personal customer service = outstanding experience! I am getting to know staff's names, and they send personal responses to my email questions. When I selected the wrong shipping, they made sure I got the insurance I wanted. Great!

I really liked MMB at first until I made an order. I paid upfront and then sent in my coupon. She says she never received my coupon. It has been 9 days. My items were in stock when I ordered even the free diaper was instock and I was told she would hold them until my coupon was received and then immediately ship them out, since I already paid. Now, all of a sudden an item I ordered is out of stock even though I ordered 9 days ago and it was in stock. She then told me today that when I ordered that it was a preorder that would ship this coming week. Her original e-mails say the opposite. She wouldn't address my concerns even when I forwarded her e-mails back to her. She then publicly vented about not being able to make everything go perfectly all the time on her facebook for every customer. VERY unprofessional in my opinion. Once, I confronted her about it she never apologized but did remove it from her page. Never did she take any responsiblity but let her facebook fans refer to whoever she was talking about as a rotten apple and somebody just being difficult. I don't think it is being difficult to expect that the items you ordered and already paid for to be held until it's time to ship. She told me to order when I did because the items were in stock. I told her I was going to wait until she received my coupon and then order and she said, go ahead and do it now while the items are in stock. So, I did. She also said there is a good chance that somebody came into her store and purchased one of the items before they could update their site. I made my order after 8 at night. In my opinion, if you know that people are going crazy over this BG coupon thing and you as the owner are making it a big deal by posting free coupons that you would keep your website very updated so this didn't happen. I am a very understanding person but when I am told to order now while the items I want are in stock and they will be held since I paid and then told 9 days later, only because I

After 9 days, when we still hadn't received the coupon in the mail, I gave this customer a free coupon. I then emailed her to let her know that while we had the AIO that she paid for in stock, since we had not gotten her coupon yet, we had honored coupons that we had received and the free AIO that she selected was no longer in stock - but would be arriving in less than a week and that we could send her order then. She emailed a few days later upset wondering why her order hadn't shipped. She was very unhappy. I offered to send her another item in place of the AIO a 3.0 pocket or an Organic AIO) or I let her know that I would be happy to refund her since she didn't want to wait. She wasn't happy with any of my solutions. In the end, she did accept a refund and I sent her another coupon by mail so she could use it at another retailer. I am sorry we weren't able to work this out.

Let me just say these wonderful women are the reason my babys bum is in cloth. When i went in to the store to get some nurseing bras they had soo many cloth diapers that were just amazing! I thought Id never end up useing cloth but they were very helpful and explained everything! I do mean everything! Brands, snaps, ect ect. Now im happy to say cloth is all I use and all Ill ever use!! Great company.....Free shipping (even to Alaska), fast shipping, fast response to questions (within a hour of sending the email). They have trial packages..Try a combination of diapers for 30 days for $20 or $30 depending on the package! Being new to CDing, I can try different systems without the commitment.

I have never had a problem with Mom's Milk! This is where I've gotten most of all of my diapering products and they have served my needs well. they are so nice. i buy all my stuff from this site.I made a mistake when ordering once i called up and I talk to a person and she was nice and helped me with everything it was so great. The only reason to buy any were else is if they dont have it but other then that i buy here.
I love how fast there stuff comes to the door.

If it's something cloth diaper related-- I ALWAYS go to these ladies first!! First- I love that shipping is free (and FAST!) and that prices are not bumped up to cover shipping! :D They are very friendly (via e-mail), and always welcome me back! They also stock very popular diaper brands and laundry brands, which is nice!!! I also love their discounts!! ;)

Despite a friend's less than stellar experience regarding the same issue (some diapers ordered that were ""in stock"" but really ending up backordered), I took advantage of a good sale and ordered 6 diapers. The first shipment (4 diapers) went out right away arrived very promptly, which was wonderful. However, the shipment email simply stated that two diapers would ship separately--no indication whatsoever as to when that might be. I finally emailed them myself to ask and was told they'd be shipped by the end of the week. The diapers weren't shipped until the following week and arrived two full weeks after the order had been placed.
I understand computer issues leading to this issue, but a better system for keeping track of in-stock items AND for contacting customers with estimated shipping dates (or the option of choosing different colors that ARE in stock) should really be instituted. Most people buy diapers because they NEED them and with so many other stores with free and fast shipping, it wasn't worth it to me to lose two weeks of diaper use just to save a couple dollars. I will not be ordering from this store again because of this issue, regardless of how quick shipping was on the first part of my order.

i just ordered a bunch of thirsties duo, prefolds, snappis , and other itty bitty stuff from them, and they shipped it the same day!
customer service is great since they were prompt to respond and resolve with my trouble to unable to use my international cc.the package was shipped within 2 hours!!??!! of payment and arrived by fedex on the fourth day.
the best thing is shipping is free, and i would love to do business with them again!
