Tiny Tush one size fitted are one of my favorite fitted diapers. The special cotton fleece they use stays a lot softer than that of other fitted diapers that I've tried. They are quite absorbent. I use them for naps (with the snap in doubler) and could use them for nights with an extra doubler.
I love the fit of them. I love that they sew the elastic on the legs and back but NOT onto the inside piece of fabric, meaning no elastic marks on baby!
This diaper snaps down quite small. I haven't used it on a small baby yet, but just looking at the snap down size I think it would fit pretty well.
I use it on my 2 1/2 year old daughter for naptime. She still has growing room in the waist for it.
There are many snaps across the top, making it very adjustable.

We bought the Tiny Tush One Size Fitted Diapers for our newborn and started using them on him when he was 3 weeks old. These diapers are wonderful! The rise settings worked well for him when he was just 6 lbs, and there are so many snaps along the front that it is so easy to fit it! We have not used the inserts yet, but have them set aside for when he's older and needs more absorbency. The only leaks have been out the top in back when he had some explosive BM ;), but the diaper cover kept it from staining his clothes. We use these with the flushable liners and it makes clean up so easy. Our son seems so happy with these, I recommend them to all my friends who are having babies and looking to start with cloth diapers. No special folding like prefolds and the elastic bands on the legs keep messes in, so we rarely (very rarely) have to wash the covers. Plus, Charlene (owner of Tiny Tush) is a wonderful person and always willing to help when you have questions (and I had a ton as a first time mom tackling cloth diapers). She has a great deal on buying these fitted diapers in bulk, and I found they were cheaper than other cloth options out there. :) Will be using these for future kids!!!

I ordered these diapers, and did not like them. They are very very bulky and fell down on my 2 year old, and my 7 month old leaked all the time. I sent them back.

I originally purchased one Tiny Tush Elite as part of a sampler pack. I have since added 6 more to my stash.
Hands down, this is my favorite diaper! I love the 4 rise settings. The fleece is just thick enough and has stayed soft, not too pilly. I also love that the aplix tabs cross over, allowing for a good adjustment on the waist with plenty of room to grow. Though the pocket is a bit smaller in terms of fitting your hand in, I really love the design of it. It keeps the insert in place well with no chance of it touching baby's skin. I also feel like this diaper is fairly trim in terms of pockets. I think they offer a microfiber insert now, but the OS cotton insert that came with mine is very absorbent. They have a good amount of colors to choose from as well. I have never had a single issue with any of the 7 I own. The laundry tabs stay hooked. They don't leak, even overnight. The aplix hasn't pilled or frayed.
I absolutely love this diaper and highly recommend it to anyone interested in OS and/or pocket diapers. If I did it over again, this is probably the only pocket I would own.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these diapers. I'm using them on both my 6 month old and 2.5 year old. I've been using them for a few months now. The one-size-fits-all is amazing and true. The color of the diaper has not faded at all. The inserts do smell after a while but is easy to fix with boiling them in hot water before regular washing or putting a cup of vinegar in the wash with inserts only if the smell is really bad. We have fuzzi bunz too, which are basically the same, but the Tiny Tush one size snap option is sooo much better: quicker and more convenient. Very satisfied!

I ordered the Tiny Tush Elite One-Size Fitted Diaper on clearance when KB went OOB. My first inmpression was that it was soft and looked very comfy... but the fit was horrible. My son is an average sized baby. He would be on the middle rise setting. But he can't even use the diaper because the tabs are soooooooooo long. There's no way this would fit a small baby. On my ds, the tabs overlap at least an inch too far to even fasten it on. It's the weirdest thing! It makes no sense to me...

I bought this diaper after I started carrying it to see how I would like it and has become one of my favorite diapers. I like the fit and that for a one size diaper it fits both of my kids equally well without gab issues that I have had with some other diapers. I also have never had a leak with this diaper and it is well constructed.

These are my favorite diaper. I have a stash of about 40 one size pockets, half Tiny Tush and half are Bum Genius. We use them every day.
The Tiny Tush are my favorite by far. They never leak. They are well constructed and after 9 months still look fantastic on the outside and the velcro is still very strong. The colors are great. None of my colors have faded. I have a lot of the bright ones, yellow, royal blue, red and kelly green, and they look as good as the day I bought them so maybe they improved the PUL since the last reviewer got hers? The Tiny Tush have one more row of snaps than the Bum Genius so are more adaptable as your baby grows.
The only downsides are they have fleece liner and I do prefer microsuede. I don't like how fleece gets pilly. Also, I didn't like the microfiber inserts that they came with. They were a really weird microfiber and not very absorbent. I replaced them all with cotton babies microfiber. I like to mix and match my own inserts anyway so if I was buying these again I'd just buy the pocket and skip the insert.
