This is my favorite OS Pocket. Here is why

1. It fits the trimmest of everything in my stash (I have 7 different kinds of pocket diapers and 12 econobums).

2. I think snaps are much better than the velcro closures because:
-You don't have to remember to fasten the laundry tabs
-They are holding up better to 3 months of washing

3. You don't have to remove the pocket before putting the diaper in the pail.

4. The elastic around the legs fits closer than any of my other diapers.

5. It is the easiest diaper to stuff.

6. I've never had a leak in SmartiPants. To be fair, I've had leaks in only 2 of my other pocket diapers, and never in Econobum.

7. Cheapest price of all of my pockets.

If I ever need to buy cloth diapers again, I'll only buy SmartiPants and Econobum.

I just started using cloth and purchased 15 smaritpants. I absolutely love them. They are so convenient, haven't leaked, and come clean every time. If you are new to cloth diapering - I would highly recommend them as they are very easy to transition to from disposables. Hope they come out with some more fun colors soon!

Smartipants are one of several cloth diapers I have tried. They are by FAR my favorite. The other pockets I have are BumGenius, Fuzzi Bunz, and Tiny Tush (all one sized). I definitely prefer snaps over the velcro/aplix and LOVE LOVE the smart sleeve feature allowing the inserts to come out on their own in the wash. This has been a HUGE plus for our family! I also love that the price of smartipants is better than the others I have tried. Currently we have a total of 13 in our stash and will soon be adding more for a new baby!

So so so so so so bad!! I was debating between this an bum genius 3.0... I wanted these to work for my then 5 month old twin girls... I am not new to cloth diapering so it isn't like I put them on wrong or washed them wrong, etc. They were horrible, leaked with in an hour of putting these crapipants on! I contacted the seller and was told to put another liner into the already enormous diaper...my poor babies were wearing pillows... they leaked like they were wearing regular underwear...after 30 solid attempts I sold this stash online and took the pay cut and stocked up completely on Bumgenius 3.0s... guess some diapers work for some and are awful for others and these were definitely the worst I have seen...only pro were the colors...beautiful disaster!

This was our first cloth diaper purchase and they are ""seconds,"" though the superficial flaws are not evident. They were a final sale product, but guaranteed to function as they should. And they do.

The only conceivable drawback is that the only available colors are purple and pink and we are presently using them with our 12 month-old son. (We don't mind, however. They're diapers...) But for $9 per diaper ($7 for just the shells and $2 per insert), the price was right.

The microterry inserts are great! We dry them on a rack overnight, and toss them in the dryer in the morning, if needed.

For overnights, we stick two Kushies liners in with the Smartipants insert to avoid leaks. We have had a few leaks, but I have found that they are due to either going longer than 2.5-3 hours without a change and some liquid somewhere in there AND when the insert wasn't put into the pocket properly.

Finally, Smartipants are easy to wash and dry. We even bought an additional 10 after a week of using them, so now we have 20. I'm glad we invested in them.

I love the quality of this diaper, I love the snaps, I love the sleeve style pocket and most of all I love the price! I couldnt wait to receive this diaper in the mail and when it arrived I was very impressed by the look of it. At first stuffing is a little awkward if you've never stuffed a sleeve style pocket but after the first go at it you catch on. I love that you dont have to take the insert out to wash it. I am DESPERATE is get the cocoa bean color but kellyscloset.com is the only place with it and they dont ship to Canada :( silly them! they're are definitly missing out on all the money canadians are willing to spend. So smartipants people if you are reading this I WANT A COCOA BEAN SMARTIPANTS DIAPER!! If anyone knows of a Canadian retailer pleasssseee email me: ml-ox@hotmai.com

These diapers were my introduction to cloth diapering; I chose them for the price and ease of use. They have lived up to my expectations overall, although I have no previous experience to base that on. I do like the snaps, though like some reviewers have stated, they can be very difficult to undo. However, I look at them as a good thing, since I know my little girl will not be able to unfasten her diaper when she's older and curious (she's already figuring out how to undo the disposables when she wears them). I first started using them when my daughter was about 3.5 months and for the first couple of months experienced leaks (around the legs mostly, some in the front at night as she's a belly sleeper) on a consistent basis, sometimes because I left her in a diaper too long but mostly b/c she's tiny and they just didn't fit snug enough. However, at 8 months she's now about 15.5 lbs and NO more leaks with these diapers! She's still on the smallest setting, and though the soakers are too long on this setting, I just give them a little fold in the middle for extra absorbency. I stuff all the diapers as soon as they're clean so they are pre-stuffed for DH and the babysitters to use. They wash up very well, and although the suede cloth is not as soft as the micro terry on some of my *other* pockets, it seems nice enough against her skin. It is also easier to clean poops off--they mostly shake off with a little swishing. And the inserts really do come out in the wash!

I REALLY, REALLY wanted to have success with this diaper. It is made in the USA and this factor tends to be very important to my husband and myself.

I will be honest, though - there was something in the back of my head that said the price was too good to be true. And it was. Smartipants LEAK worse than any other diaper we have used. It just isn't worth it to use these diapers when I was constantly changing my daughter's entire outfit because of the leakage. One of the reasons we have liked CDing our child was because leaking and blowouts are significantly reduced compared to disposables. Not the case with this diaper :(

Also, I am a HUGE proponent of using organic cotton to dress my girl, outfit her crib bedding with, and obviously diaper her with. Smartipants does not meet my requirements there, as they are made almost entirely with synthetic fibers and polyester material :( I could have probably gotten past that factor if the quality spoke for itself...

Finally, other pocket diapers we have tried were easier to stuff than these. My husband could hardly fit his hand in the opening. That left all the prepping to me and that was not something I enjoyed or looked forward to at the end of a long day...I guess you get what you pay for! I am sorry to say I can not recommend this diaper to anyone.

When i first heard about Smartipants, i was very excited. From the creation, to the overall shape, construction and comfort for my little girl I highly recommend this item for any mommy. It has great strength and abrasion resistance due to the material. I never have to worry about the diaper tearing or breaking. The fabric also has great elasticity, she grows so quick so the snap closures are fantastic. I have saved money and I'm being environmental friendly at the save time. Plus the colors are so adorable :) Thanks smartipants

I have been looking at this diaper for some time and finally tried it. I am so glad I did! This is the easiest diaper to use and wash. The inside is very soft and the snaps are extremely sturdy. It took a little bit of trial at first to get the fit right (my daughter was on an inbetween rise between the smallest and middle rise setting). Once we got the fit right these things are now bullet proof.

The thing I love most about these is the ease of washing. Since the insert comes out in the washer I just toss it in the diaper pail when used. Also the shell can go in the dryer on the low setting instead of having to be line dried.

This is now my go diaper for any situation!

I love our Smartipants! I was a little disappointed when I received them because they looked huge, especially around the legs, and didn't appear to be anything special. But for the price I figured they were worth a try. I will say they definitely do not start fitting at 7lbs. My son was born weighing less than 6lbs but now at 6 weeks old they fit him wonderfully (he's about 9lbs)
The insert- it is long, and at first I wondered how it could fit with the smallest setting. Tip, when you put the insert in, pull on both ends of the diaper to stretch the elastic a little, it also stretches the sleeve and even on the small setting I get the insert completely inside the sleeve with no folding
Snaps- are wonderful! They are definitely strong snaps but I consider that a bonus, especially since they have a guarantee on them. As a mom who has used cloth diapers before I really don't like velcro, the BumGenius velcro and elastic didn't even last 2 years with my older daughter
Bulk- Not sure what other diapers those who are saying it is bulky are using because I use prefolds, fitteds and one size pocket diapers and these are not any bulkier than the other one size diapers, trimmer than some even. Again, this is on a 9lb 1 month old...with a one size diaper at that.
I haven't had one leak with these since they fit around his thighs. It did take some figuring out to get it, but when I got them snug around his thighs everything has been great. I got a 3 pack but I definitely plan on buying more, especially now that they have the cocoa bean color, hopefully they'll come out with even more!

There are 10 years between my sons and this time around I knew I wanted to try cloth diapering, but I was very intimidated by it. Then, when my littlest man turned out to be allergic to disposables, we got serious about it. My husband actually sent me the link to check out smartipants and we ordered them right away. I could not have been more surprised and/or pleased with our experience. It took a little bit to fine tune sizing etc, but once we figured out, we conquered all leak problems. If fitted properly, none of the inside material will contact clothing, etc and it all but eliminates wicking issues. It's all about finding the right snap setting for your little one's body shape, which isn't hard at all. I recommend these diapers DAILY it seems :) I'm forever showing them off, people often suggest the company should pay me for my endorsement because I promote them so actively, lol.

I LOVE the Cocoa Bean Smartipants! I hadn't thought about buying any until this color came out, now I want to add a few more to our stash!

They are super easy to clean and you don't even have to take the inserts out because they just fall out in the wash which is a huge plus. Another HUGE plus is the cost. These diapers are very affordable and a great way to add a few more to the diaper stash without breaking the bank.

The ONLY thing that I think could be improved is the insert itself. They are very good, but I wish there were other options (such as hemp or bamboo) and they take a bit of arranging to get stuffed properly. Other than that they are great!

When we were expecting I started researching reusable diapers and chose Smartipants based on price and the design. The smart sleeve sold me. We started using them when he was one month old and have used them every day since. Friends, family, and sitters have all been able to use these without any problem. We have ended up ""double stuffing"" them since we have a heavy wetter, and I purchased another brand hemp inserts for night wear to use in addition to the the regular ""stuff"". Even double or triple stuffed the inserts have always come out in our washer - and the sleeve makes it super easy to stuff since I can pull through. Since we are still on the smaller setting, I simply fold the extra over in the front since I have a boy, or if double stuffed fold one over in the front and one in the back. Leaks have been few and far between, and we have not had any diaper rash. Thanks for a great product that not only saves money and waste, but also works better than the ""standard"" alternative.

These diapers are AWESOME! I saw several reviews stating that they leaked and the snaps were too hard to use. Let me address both issues! We started using them when she was one month old to give her time to grow into them a little better. And yeah, we had some blow outs. But the more she grew, the fewer there were, and there weren't any more than when she was in disposables when she was born.
We flew home for a couple weeks and used disposables during that time, and even my husband couldn't wait to get home so we could use these ones again! We had blowouts almost every day with disposables, and now that she's a little bigger, she'll leak maybe once every few weeks!
The snaps were hard the first two or three times opening them, but after that, they're a cinch. Plus, the fabric is alot more durable than you'd think (when you first unsnap it, it seems like the snap will just rip right out of the fabric, but it doesn't).
Yes, they're bulky. That's due to the fact that they're one size. But it's worth it to me to not have to buy more diapers!
They're SO EASY to wash, too!

I LOVE SmartiPants! I had a cloth diaper service as a gift when my daughter was first born and I wasn't crazy about the prefolds. Then I was on my Facebook and I saw the ad for SmartiPants. I researched a lot about all the different brands and what would be best for my daughter and my budget. In the end, I ordered Smartis in three packs because they were on sale. I now have 24 and am so happy with Smartis that I wouldn't use another brand if paid to. They have amazing colors that are simple yet fun. I have not had frayed seams and the liners are still soft and absorbent. I love how I can just dump the solids, put the dirty diaper in the basket and, when I wash, put the entire diaper in the washer. I don't need to take it out and touch the urine and feces. The agitiation gets them out even with two liners! I have never had leaks either! The snaps are great since seeing as I have had a hard time getting them undone sometimes, she's definitely not going to get her diaper off if she's in the nakie stage before potty training. All in all, I refer Smaris to every one I know with diapered children and am 1000% happy to be a Smarti cloth diapering mama.

Unfortunately these leaked for us every single time we used them. My little girl is skinny, but we have not had the same issue with at least 50 other brands I have tried. I wanted to like this diaper, but it really leaked badly for us. The insert is a little hard to stuff, but I did like that it does not shift around.

Over the years it has come to my attention that my babies mommas keep needing diaper money. Nowadays diapers aint cheap with the economy and all that. With smartipants my child support costs have gone down significantly. I cannot stress the importance of keeping your baby mommas happy and so by providing them with a quality product that saves money, as well as good for the environment and whatnot, you end up in a win-win situation. My husband came home one day from the grocery store telling me he was no longer going to buy diapers at the store because they were too expensive, so I should start learning to pin together old cloths like his mom did...Well of course I laughed in his face and ignored him! Then my cousin told me there are many re-usable diapers out there that save tons of money. So I purchased Smartipants and LOVED THEM! They are so easy to use! The one size is amazing because you dont have to try figuring out which size you need! It makes buying them a breeze! They are easy to wash and they dry so quickly! I was at first a skeptic toward the concept of a reusable diaper. Smartipants was my first foray into the market a couple months ago when a friend of ours gave my wife and i their 3-pack set as a gift for our baby girl. Wow. They really really work well. We kept having irritation issues with regular diapers that the smartipants simply didnt have. My wife is more familiar with the technicals of it but overall they are a great product. Very durable, no leaks, doesnt irritate the crouch, EXTREMELY EASY TO CLEAN, and overall cost effective. If you have any questions, I am happy to answer them.

I am in love with these diapers! I've tried other similar products that don't even come close to the quality of Smarty Pants. The pad is very easy to insert into the sleeve and catches EVERYTHING that falls. No dripping out of the legs. It is also very simple to button the diaper closed. My 3 year old never tries to squirm out of these diapers like he used to with many other brand products. The comfort is rediculous and i would absolutly recommend the Smarty Pants Diapers to any parent or guardian. They are set at a very affordable price and i will never go back to the old, itchy and easily torn diapers. Thank you Smarty Pants, you have made my life so much easier and enjoyable with my 3 year old!!!

These are very convenient as far as being able to take them straight off the baby and put them in the washer without removing the soiled insert. The buttons hold very well but at the same time, this makes them difficult to unsnap when it is changing time. Our daughter leaked through these all the time. We had to add an insert and she can still leak through them. They are awfully bulky so we use these for running around the house or with dresses. I would not buy them again, but I don't think they are awful. She doesn't leak through any other diapers so it could just be the insert? We only bought one 3-pack and use them as backup diapers when the rest are in the wash. Overall, I think it has the potential to be a really economical product for someone, but not for us.

Having 2 in diaper I needed to get a few extra and thought these diapers looked great! I bought 6 Smartipants diapers at the beginning of this month. They fit both kids great although they could use a few more snaps around the waist. I also wish they came with a NB insert for extra stuffing.

DD is 19 months and can wear these during the day with no leaks. She wears then on the largest setting and has no problems with the insert sticking out the pocket.

DS is 3 months and a heavy wetter. He needs an extra insert all the time. He also uses an extra insert with the BG 3.0 OS so they are comparable. DS wore one without an extra insert for 4.5 hours during a nap and woke up soaked. I fold the front part of the insert down so it doesn't stick out the front or back. DS wears these on the smallest setting where BG 3.0 OS he is in the medium setting so these might last a little longer.

Overall I am very pleased with these diapers and I love that they have snaps instead of aplix.

I never used cloth with my son and never planned to with my daughter. Honestly, I was terrified. Well about 2 weeks ago I met a girl who had one of these SmartiPants diapers. I got to see it, and feel it and touch it! I decided to try one out. I LOVE it. It's just like a disposable and it's super easy to clean. The insert comes out in the washer and no poo stains are left.

I am using these on my 3 month old twin boys. I'm impressed with the price (after only 4 months of not buying disposables we will break even) and how easy they are to use. They are easy to put on (although you do have to pay attention to the fit around the legs, especially with smaller babies - mine are skinny) and even easier to wash. Neither my husband or I have a problem stuffing them; the pocket has plenty of room for 1 or 2 inserts. Actually, we have even stuffed it with 3 for overnight! And that brings me to my only complaint. We do have a problem with the diaper leaking a bit at night when we don't change their diapers for the 7hr stretch that they sleep (which is why we tried stuffing three inserts). I'm still working on how to fix that, but I'm committed because otherwise they are perfect and soooo much cheaper than disposables or other brands of one-size pocket diapers.

I can admit to being skeptical when my wife said we would be using cloth diapers. She was very excited so I went along. These Smartipants diapers are the best ones of all she bought. They seem to be more adjustable than the other brands we have and I prefer the snaps since I always fear the diaper will fall off of the baby. I prefer these because I don't have to pull out the wet inserts and honestly it's nice to not have to remember that part. I am glad our baby has the stay dry diaper and no rash. I'm glad my wife found these diapers at such a good price too. I recommend them if you are going to use cloth diapers.

I absolutely LOVE these diapers and will recomend them to anyone! I have a stash of only these, and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try!
I have tried a few other pocket diapers in the past, but this is by far the best! The pocket is so easy to stuff! I can slide my hand in the front of the sleeve and pull the whole insert through quickly and easily.

The insert does not shift because of the smart sleeve. In other pockets I've tried, the whole pocket is open leaving room for shifting or bunching. Since the sleeve holds the insert in place the entire time, the wetness goes right into the insert where it belongs and does not leak out the legs.
I also love not having to touch the PUL when I'm stuffing. With other pockets, my hand would kind of stick to the PUL, or I'd be worried I'd scratch it accidentally or something.
The Suede cloth is super soft and looks great. The colors are very nice too and the stitching and the overall product is high quality. My son wears one insert per diaper and I change him every 2-3 hours. No leaks yet!

These fit my 7 month old son like they were made for him. He's on the middle rise and the 3rd and 5th snap positions on the waist. He does not get red marks on his legs or in the back like he has with other diapers, but at the same time, the legs are snug enough and not too loose.

These also fit my 3 year old, with room to spare. I am confident that these will take my son to potty training.
I couldn't be more pleased with these! I'm very happy I ordered these. These are all I plan to use.

You also can't beat the price too! For a high quality one size pocket diaper I don't think there is anything better.
These really are smart!

This nappy is not fun.... I think that you get what you pay for. The pocket is a lot of work to stuff and they DO NOT wash out! The outter material feels crunchy and not soft on baby's skin.

The fit is much larger than other systems that I have tried. I will not be investing in a larger stash.

There are SO many things I love about this diaper.

First: The price is fantastic, and you can't beat that for a brand new one size diaper.

Second: Washing this diaper is a breeze! The inserts come out in the wash every time.

Third: Stuffing these pockets are SUPER easy, regardless of what the other posters say. They are my favorite diaper to stuff, because you can put your arm all the way through and pull the insert from one end through the other.

Fourth: The snaps offer a great fit. People think that aplix affords a snugger fit, but I think you get just as good a fit with the snaps. Also, the snaps have a 24 month warranty...can't beat that! Also, my son is only 4 months old, but I am confident that these snaps will see him all the way to potty training!

Fifth: They dry so quickly! I line dry the covers and dryer dry the inserts. The covers are dry as soon as the inserts are!

Sixth: The fit is fantastic. My son is 16 pounds (at fourth months, lol) and there are no gaps in the leg area. As far as the insert goes, it's longer than needed on the medium setting (of course), so I just fold the front to double it up in the front since I have a boy. It works great.

The only thing I would love to see is more colors...maybe bright colors instead of pastels. Red, please! =D

This a great diaper, considering the price! Compared to other OS diapers, this is relatively inexpensive, at $14.95 a diaper (and cheaper if you buy them in 3 packs). These do run a little on the larger side-- my little one (2 months old) is 11lb9oz but very long (23.5 inches), and he's still on the small setting, and it takes a bit of extra attention to make sure the legs of the diapers wrap securely around his thighs (compared to his bumgenius, on which he is on the medium snaps, and the legs fit snugly).

On stuff-ability, my husband likes stuffing these. For him, they're the easiest diaper to stuff because of the texture of the inside and the width of the pocket. I find these the easiest one-sized diapers to stuff in my stash because of the double-ended pocket: I put my hand in the front end of the pocket and pull the insert in from/through the back end. To put this into perspective, we both work at a hospital, and he wears medium-sized gloves at work while I wear extra small gloves (when they're available).

I never noticed any crookedness in the stitching... but in all honesty, does it really matter? As long as the diaper holds together well and does what it's supposed to do (hold urine and poop), I'm happy.

This is my absolute favorite diaper. I even have a hard time using them and will reach for my BG's first to save these lol. Anyway, They are PERFECT on my 22lb 1 year old. They are on the middle rise setting and only separated by 1 snap at the waist. These fit her like a glove. Perfect in the waist and legs and she has chubby thighs. They are very trim and all her pants fit perfectly when she's wearing this diaper. I RARELY get leaks with these and if I do it's because she's been in it for a while. I only need 1 insert with these and my DD is a heavy wetter and can soak through a BG pocket with both inserts! As for those saying the insert is too long, of course it is! It has to be long to fit the largest rise setting! All you need to do is fold it over and tuck it into the sleeve. I am also in love with the fact that I can just throw it in the wetbag or washer and not mess with the nasty inserts.

The only cons, in my opinion, are that the sleeve is a little narrow so I don't see how putting more than 2 if needed would work well and the colors depicted on the website are pretty off. The pink is very very light and the aqua is much brighter than on the website! It's strange, but oh well! All in all, WONDERFUL diaper! I would highly recommend it to a future cloth diaperer!

This Diaper turned me into a cloth diaper mom! Its a wonderful product. I love everything about it. I've had very few leaks and the ones that I have had would have happened in any diapers. I was amazed that blowouts that were never contained in disposables seemed to be contained by these diapers. And the price is wonderful. I don't really understand why other companies charge so much for diapers. And the sleeve comes right out in the wash! There are some complaints about the pocket being tight, I haven't had any issues. Nor has my husband. I think these are great if you want to try cloth.

I am having mixed feelings about this product, hence the 3 stars. I LOVE the fact that it is a one-size diaper and the no need to take the insert off prior to washing (comes out on its own!). It is also very easy to stuff. However, it always leaked on my baby (daytime wear and esp overnight -- she's a heavy wetter). She doesn't have big thighs, but I don't think that should be an issue since the other diaper I use (BumGenius) doesn't leak.

Like some of the reviews here about the insert being too long is an issue too. The insert seeps and wets baby's clothing. I'm a little disappointed since I was expecting a lot from this new diaper (based on all the hype about it).

I love this diaper, it is the only one that I have found that my little girl can wear her clothes with. Most diapers I have tried such as the prefolds with covers she can't wear her denim bottoms she just tips over or has a hard time getting up. Other AIO or pocket diapers are just a little to bulky. These are perfect fit, they are thin and trim and seem to work well with my denim girl. I haven't experienced much leaks because my daughter isn't a big wetter so they have worked out perfectly for us.

I have really tried to like these diapers as they are very inexpensive. The quality of workmanship is just not there. The stitiching is uneven and sloppy. The pocket is too narrow for the insert and the insert is longer than the opening. The legs gap. About the only positive is the price but even cheap not worth it.

First impression is a 1. The stitches are all uneven like they were sewed at home. They just look cheap. Second impression a 5 as I forgot to change DD wile on a trip around town then to dinner and she was super dry after 7ish hours! Third impression a 5 since I just threw in the pail, without unstuffing. Fourth impression a 3 as I love the colored insert, makes for easy diaper matching, I have a tiny hand and have trouble stuffing these dipes, they need just a bit more room and I cannot imagine double stuffing. I have oodles of brands and I would grab this diaper as my 2nd or 3rd favorite!

I've been using these for about 3 weeks on my twins, and I have mixed feelings about them. They seem well-made, and I imagine they'll last a long time. But I can't imagine that they would fit a 35lb baby- my 14 month old twins are 20 lbs and very, very skinny, and they are already on the second-to-loosest snap setting.

My main problem, though, is the pocket. I find these very hard to stuff (and I have very small hands) because the pocket is just so small, and I can't stuff enough in them to use them for nighttime. I typically use an infant prefold wrapped around a microterry soaker, which frankly isn't all that much, but that won't fit in these pockets. You can get two of the MF inserts in, but just barely. The other problem is that, because the pocket is open on both ends, the inserts shift and start poking out the front of the diaper on the smaller settings. This leads to a)the insert rubbing against the baby, and b)leaking diapers. After our second leak overnight on my very light-wetting ds, I stopped using them for nighttime. There's just no way to keep the insert from working it's way out the front of the diaper. Once my babies get big enough to use the larger rise setting, this will probably not be an issue anymore.

To sum up, it's an okay diaper. It just doesn't do what I need it to, since I was hoping to use it for nighttime.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm new to this whole ""cloth diaper"" thing I'd always heard so much about. Not coincidentally, I'm new to this whole ""fatherhood"" experience as well. Luckily, smartipants makes one of those things a heck of a lot easier! It's a load off my mind knowing that I don't have to be stockpiling hoards of diapers or filling up my garbage with disposable diapers. The one size fits all aspect is amazing, and economically great for my young family. I can't stress enough how anxious I was about the diapering process, but smartipants is incredibly easy to use, easy to clean, and overall an amazing value. If my year old son could talk, I'm sure he'd say he loves smartipants too!

The great thing about this diaper is that there is no need to take out the insert after it has been soiled. The snaps also seem to be really strong and hold up well.

My only issue is the inserts seem to squish in the pocket and it's hard to double stuff them if you have a toddler.

I started using cloth diapers with my second child about 6 months ago. I was really excited to start using smartipants because it uses adjustable snaps. Initially I had purchased BG’s one size but it became obvious that those dipes would not hold up because BG uses velcro and quality of the velcro quickly deteriorated and frayed. Smartipants guarantees its snaps for 2 years, which really makes me feel like I am getting more for my money. But what really made me love smartipants is the smart sleeve. The fact that you don’t need to remove the soiled insert by hand (it comes out in the machine) makes a big difference. It makes the whole process seem cleaner and like less of a chore to me. I am so happy I switched to smartipants, the colors are cute, quality is great, and it’s really a bang for your buck. I highly recommend trying this product.

First I tried Bum Genius, but I didn't like the elastic and was always worried about leaks. Then I tried Smartipants and they are absolutely amazing. They have snaps in all the right places for a really good fit and I haven't had a single leak. Love them! If you use DD's and want to try cloth, these are definitely the best option. I was actually very nervous about changing from DD's to cloth, but I did some research and found the website for smartipants diapers. The site showed how easy they are to use and how they have many of the same features that regular DD's have such as leak guards, which is so great because who wants to have to change their kids clothes all the time because of leaks. It is also really easy to wash. I highly recommend using smartipants diapers.

The Smartipants OS cloth system is arguably the best OS diaper I have used so far. It was super soft after the first washing and I've read on the website that they only get softer with each subsequent wash. I also want to say how nice the ""smart sleeve"" is. I no longer have to take out the cloth insert since it just separates in the wash. I'm very happy with my purchase and plan on buying more as well as recommending these to my friends.

I got this diaper as free tester. It came with 1 large insert but the diaper itself is sold with a small insert as well. It is a one size pocket diaper like no other! I love that the sleeve that holds the insert is stitched seperately and the insert easily comes out in the wash! It has a great fit with no leaking or wicking (on my baby at least!). The only downfall is the large insert likes to poke out on the medium setting and can rub on baby's skin. Overall it would be a great purchase for the pocket lovers!

The adjustable snaps are GREAT as my baby boy is growing so fast. No leaks so far and the clean up is fantastic compared to Fuzzi Bunz and Happy heinys. Diaper seems well constructed. So far so good. No leaks. Snaps are fantastic and strong. Fit is great. My girl has super chubby legs and some diapers dont work well for us. We pretty much use pockets only so I was excited to try this new one. My only complaint is the large insert is almost too wide for the pocket...if it was open in the back and the insert slid in like the fuzzi bunz instead of being in a separate sleeve it would be a quicker stuff...therefore would save a busymomma some time ;)
